The amazing team of pond builders at Ponds Northwest constructed this delightful, fully eco-scaped pond in Rixton, Warrington back in 2023.

The homeowner already had a small preformed pond, but it was ready for a fresh update. Their vision was to transform it into a more natural-looking feature that would attract wildlife and bring their garden to life.

We started by carefully digging out the area to enlarge the pond, giving it more space and depth. A durable rubber liner was installed, which we then dressed with York rockery stone and river gravel to create a beautifully natural looking pond bed in Rixton

To enhance the atmosphere, we also built a bespoke waterfall using matching York stone. Not only does it look great, but it adds the peaceful, soothing sound of running water — perfect for a relaxing garden retreat.

To ensure the water stays clean and clear, we fitted a compact pressure filter with built-in UV — an easy and efficient solution for crystal-clear water all year round.
