In 2024, the expert pond builders at Ponds Northwest, designed and built a magnificent railway sleeper pond in Crewe for a client relocating to a new home.

During the project, we meticulously relocated the client’s fish to a temporary holding tank, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the transition. Once the pond was finished, the fish were reintroduced to their stunning new habitat.

The sleeper pond’s interior was skillfully lined with a durable box-welded rubber liner, ensuring longevity and performance. Additionally, we seamlessly integrated the client’s existing gravity-fed filtration system, which was transferred from their previous residence.
